Liverpool have officially awarded young defender Prince Cisse his first professional contract with the club. The 17-year-old academy graduate, son of former Reds striker Djibril Cissé, has been rewarded for his impressive progress through the youth ranks.

Cisse recently made his debut for Liverpool’s Under-21 side and has successfully adapted from playing as a forward to becoming a central defender. The talented youngster has also represented Wales at youth level despite his father’s international career with France.
Liverpool coaches have praised his dedication, attitude, and development, with the club viewing him as one of several promising young defenders who could eventually challenge for a place in the senior squad under Andoni Iraola.

The new deal highlights Liverpool’s confidence in Cisse’s future as he continues his journey at Anfield.
